Cessation of NPPA FilingYes, upon sale of the filed PPA by ITC, I agree to immediately cease all efforts to convert the PPA into a Non-Provisional Patent Application (NPPA). Non-InterferenceYes, under no circumstances shall I initiate or pursue any legal action of any kind against ITC, its directors, employees, advisors, associates, and/or the PPA buyer in connection with the registration or sale of the filed PPA. Minimum Remaining TermYes, at the time of registering the filed PPA with ITC, there are at least six (6) months of validity remaining prior to PPA expiration. Examination / Administrative FeeYes, I acknowledge that an examination or administrative fee of $20 (USD) is payable whether or not the filed PPA is accepted for registration. ITC's Limited RoleYes, I acknowledge that ITC acts solely as an independent facilitator and does not evaluate, judge, promote, assign value to, or assess the patentability, feasibility, or commercial potential of the filed PPA. No GuaranteeYes, I acknowledge that there is no guarantee that the filed PPA will be evaluated or purchased by any third party.
