Role

  • Review and understand filed PPAs within your area(s) of expertise
  • Present opportunities through ITC "Big Table" and "First-Look Opportunity"
  • Help communicate commercial value to corporate decision-makers

Structure

  • Fully remote and flexible

  • No fixed hours or quotas

Compensation

  • Performance-based, transaction-linked
  • No cap on earnings

Profile

  • Former or retired USPTO examiners
  • Patent attorneys, agents, and senior IP professionals
  • Strong judgment in patent quality, claims, and prior art
